What we collect
We do not run accounts, newsletters or advertising. The contact tool builds your message entirely in your browser and does not transmit it. If you email us, we receive your email address, name and whatever you include.
Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time) for security and reliability, typically for up to 30 days.
Why and on what basis
We use email correspondence to reply to you (legitimate interests) and server logs to keep the site secure (legitimate interests). We do not sell or share personal data for marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep correspondence for up to 24 months, then delete it unless an ongoing matter requires longer.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing. Email us to exercise these rights. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
